On July 26, 2024, the Provincial Health Office (PHO) Dr. Bonnie Henry . In its place, the government introduced a new mandatory vaccine registry for health-care workers in health authority-operated and contracted health-care facilities, effective July 26, 2024.
The immune status of health-care workers working in public health-care facilities for key vaccine preventable diseases including COVID-19 will be collected through a provincial registry. More information about the vaccine registry is available in a Ministry of Health news release:
The College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (91黑料网) is not involved in the collection of this information for the provincial registry. There is no action required for health professionals regulated by 91黑料网 that do not work in the public system.
